What our clients say about us
We believe the best measure of our work is the trust and satisfaction of our clients. Here's what some of our homeowners have to say about their experience building with Nest Realty.
Hear from our happy homeowners
Every home we build comes with a story of trust, transparency, and quality. These are the voices of people who trusted us with their dream homes.
After buying two high-end apartments from a top developer in Delhi, we were majorly let down by their services and quality. We decided to have our new house built by Vishal — we saw utmost transparency and honesty in all dealings, and they delivered before time, at the highest quality we've seen from any developer.

Working with developers today isn't simple, especially after being let down once before. After meeting Vishal from The Nest, we realised not all developers are the same — a name you can trust for the entire transaction, be it payments, quality, commitment, or deliverables.

What truly sets Nest Realty apart is their personalised approach. They don't just build homes — they take the time to understand your lifestyle, your preferences, and your vision. The attention to detail and quality of finishing is outstanding. We couldn't be happier with our new home.
Samir Khan
From the very first meeting, we felt we were in safe hands. The team was professional, transparent, and genuinely cared about delivering a home that exceeded our expectations. The fixed-price contract and on-time delivery gave us complete peace of mind throughout the journey.
Mr.Surendra Lamba
The Nest Realty team made the entire building process seamless and stress-free. Their expertise in design and construction was evident at every stage. The quality of materials, the finish, and the attention to detail are exceptional. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.
Mr. Naran
We had a very specific vision for our home, and The Nest Realty team brought it to life beautifully. Their design ideas were creative, their execution flawless, and their communication throughout the project was excellent. We felt like partners, not just clients. Truly a wonderful experience.
